Lesson 25 of 28
Spiritual Gifts and Service
Discover how God equips every believer to build up others and serve with humility.
Grace gives different gifts
The Spirit equips believers in different ways. Gifts are received, not earned, and should never produce pride.
Where to read: Romans 12:3–8.
Romans 12:6“Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us.”
Gifts build the body
A spiritual gift is not mainly for personal attention. God gives gifts so the church can grow and people can be helped.
Where to read: 1 Corinthians 12.
1 Corinthians 12:7“But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.”
Serve faithfully
Use what God has given you with love, humility, and dependence on His strength.
Where to read: 1 Peter 4:7–11.
1 Peter 4:10“As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another.”
