Lesson 28 of 28
Making Disciples and Continuing to Grow
Bring the course together by committing to lifelong growth and helping others follow Jesus.
Follow Jesus daily
A disciple learns from Jesus, trusts Him, obeys Him, and allows every part of life to come under His leadership.
Where to read: Luke 9:18–27.
Luke 9:23“If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.”
Help others grow
Jesus sends disciples to share the gospel, baptize believers, teach obedience, and walk alongside new Christians.
Where to read: Matthew 28:18–20.
Matthew 28:20“Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway.”
Keep using the foundations
Continue in Scripture, prayer, church fellowship, worship, service, witness, repentance, and faith. Growth never ends in this life.
Where to read: Colossians 2:6–7.
Colossians 2:6–7“As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him.”
